Question: How long after cancelling a TB paid (fully refundable within 24 hours) ticket should one’s TB account be credited? (Didn’t see this question discussed in the Wiki. Few days ago I purchased a ticket at UA with 100% TB funds then an hour later saw a more desirable flight time for one segment available on AmEx at a lower cost (with 35% refund). Bought a second ticket on AmEx with outbound leg few hours later and return leg identical. After confirming the AmEx ticket in my UA MP account and selecting seats, I cancelled UA TB purchased ticket several hours after it had been purchased.) Thank you.
Datapoint: The aforementioned UA TB paid ticket was (relatively) quickly and easily purchased on the desktop PC full website after using “Advanced Search” and successfully applying a 5% (Veterans Advantage) promotion discount code.
