I believe they’re referring to the priority line at the ticket counter. Because of your status, you should be able to get to an agent, or kiosk, to get your boarding pass quicker.

If this truly is SSSS and not just an AA glitch, don’t let this discourage you from TSA PreCheck. It’s absolutely worth it and your chance of SSSS with TSA PreCheck are very low, just not 0%
