The Aspire resort credit is quite easy to receive WITHOUT actually staying at Hilton resort: details here (2021 and 2022 credits have not been clawed back).

Airline fee credit also simple to receive: Airline fee $250/$200 reimbursement reports: UA only (2022).

Extensive discussion of the perks of the Aspire card at: Hilton Aspire Card, Moneymaker?

(Contrary to my posts on this topic, I am NOT a paid shill for the Aspire card and I don’t receive any sort of commission or kickback, just quite pleased with a non-churnable card which puts $50 and a free night and a few others perks in my pocket every year.)

Addendum: Oh yeah, for the airline fee credit, if UA TB is not your thing, the UA Pet Fee Gambit works just as well albeit a bit more cumbersome. Buy a refundable UA ticket (with any credit card) or do it with UA flights to be flown, sometime after ticket purchase add in-cabin pet and pay pet fees (one in each direction) with Aspire card, wait for AmEx airline fee credits to post, cancel pet travel and pet fees and possibly the ticket also. Details here, linked post #94 summarizes.
