Since they required the names on our profile match passports it has gotten ridiculous. I never use my formal first name -- and my brother uses his middle name and we both find the way we are addressed on the phone to be irritating. And it didn't used to bother me so much, but now that I am an Old Fart™ I would rather be addressed as "Mr Brewer" and let me say "call me X"
All it would take would be a simple field that I COULD ENTER on the profile. In addition to on the phone, the FAs could use on their devices as well.
Rant off

indeed. Mr. Brewer is the proper way you should be addressed by any Delta employee, especially in a premium cabin or lounge.
