I've flown MSP-NYC three times this summer and only once was it a plated meal (lunch on MSP-JFK on an Endeavor CR9). Breakfast on the first MSP-EWR (E175 on SkyWest) flights have been boxed meals (chia oatmeal or charcuterie this past Saturday).
