Same menu on HNL-MSP this past Friday; I lost my pre-order Kalua Pork due to IROPS when the auto-rebooking tool offloaded me from the flight and I had to scramble to get back on it. I had my fill of kalua pork and cabbage in the HNL Sky Club and decided to try the tofu; I liked it.

Breakfast was either French Toast or an omelet with potatoes, fruit, and a taro roll.

I also flew MSP-JFK on Endeavor and there were two plated meal options; an arugula salad with grilled chicken and veggies, burrata, tomatoes, and artichoke heart with pesto (along with a side dish of garbanzos, cucumbers, and olives) and a "Southwestern Salad." Sure beats the meal box that I was expecting!
