My issue with the impossible nonsense is that it's largely supplanting the only real meat option on the menu in many menus. Like you often seen fish, impossible, and pasta. Where before it might have been fish, meat, and pasta. I'm not convinced there's that many vegetarians flying that now we need to remove the meat option for everyone else.

And I'm sure this is entirely due to some really good deal Delta is getting from the company that produces this stuff. While I'm sure there are people that are asking delta for it, the amount that it's invaded the menu to me is disproportionate to what I'd expect the demand to be.
