How recent had you purchased the SS card? I ask because starting about a month ago they starting getting rejected at WM and the PO if if I tried to use them very shorty after purchasing them (less than an hour) despite showing as loaded on the SS site. It would even display a message in red that merchants maybe reject some transactions on recently loaded cards.
