One point. Remember why you're in business. The hotel guest is the reason you're in business. Your focus is now primarily on your franchisees - nothing wrong with taking care of them, but have you really when your guests are sleeping around, and not in one of your five hundred brands? Your short term focus appears to suffer from myopia.
All the other things people are bringing up are just noise to these executives.
