My wife and I flew YVR TO ANC ON June 7. I had requested eups when I booked which didn't clear. No surprise.
I was upgraded at the gate. I requested the gate agent to cancel it as I was travelling with my wife. This was done and the credits were added back to my eups. The $125 on my credit card has not been reversed.
Should it be refunded?
Should I be patient or has something gone wrong?
