I'll leave this here as a warning: I reached out to AC and I got the confirmation that eUpgrade add-ons are non-refundable once an upgrade has been confirmed. If cancelled before the upgrade goes through, you get the money back. But if you cancel a booking after an eUpgrade that required a co-pay has been confirmed, you only get the eUp credits back and AC keeps the add-on. Caveat emptor.
