If flying from DTW, I'd avoid the pappardele with lobster bisque. It may have been a 1-off, but the bisque/sauce was very dried out when I had this in April. But the meal wasn't served until 90+ minutes after take off because turbulence kept the FAs seated so it may have dried out with prolonged holding in the ovens.
