If I book with Expedia, will they re-route me (free of charge?) if airlines cancel the PVG flights? Thanks!
Unless the rules and restrictions changed in the last a few days (which I doubt based on the current lockdown in Shanghai), China does not permit internaitonal to internaitonal transit since Covid started.
I have seen unrealitic routings using China as transit point on Kayak, Expedia and other online websites.
Proceed with caution and do your homework.

Excellent advice!
