How can I request ORC? Do I need to submit my ticket as it was purchased?
Did they put you on KL metal or simply rebooked using KL codes? I ask because KL doesn't have a PE cabin. If you flew KL you were downgraded. In this case, you're entitle to compensation under EC261. This includes a refund of fare difference between Y and PE. However this means not entitled to ORC.
If they simply rebooked you on say AF/DL flights but kept you in PE, but changed marketing then can ask for ORC. Call DL and have an agent assist you. Once they enter the info it'll show correctly couple days later, once system processes what they enter.
There shouldn't be an earning difference between AF/KL marketing unless you were downgraded. (At least AFAIK)
