Three plated entree choices. Partner had the short rib, very tender and good (he got the last one, row 3 of 5 ordering back-to-front). I had the mushroom ravioli. I thought it was quite tasty, it looked dry on presentation but wasn't. Zucchini and broccolini were nicely al dente.
Third choice was cold chicken roulade.
Two passes of the snack basket (service was delayed due to 45 mins of moderately heavy chop after takeoff), one before the meal, and one a little before descent (they added pistachios to the second pass).
Glassware was used. No PDB.
Mushroom ravioli, salad with pecans and goat cheese, blueberry cheesecake.
Short rib, same base tray.
