While it is probably technically possible for them to rescind the ticket credit somehow, it's going to be so far outside of normal procedure that this seems like a lost cause to me.

​​The one thing I would add is that, although I know you might rather have the MQMs, since they cancelled the flight you should actually be entitled to a full refund and not have to carry around an eCredit.
