Delta canceled my flight (JFK-BOG) on 12/24 on the day of departure. They weren't able to rebook me for 2 days so I ended up buying a cash ticket on AA to get me to my destination same day (this was my honeymoon) and as a result the ticket value is still open. I deliberately booked DL on this flight to hit Gold for the year. Delta gave me 15,000 apology RDMs without asking. I've tried texting CS requesting the MQMs and they tell me they can't get me the MQM/MQD since I didn't take the flight (which was canceled). I have a Contact Delta case which has been open since the flight was canceled for the same issue and I haven't heard anything back.

Am I hosed on the MQM/MQD? Any other channel to try/magic words to say?
