I don't know what they mean with "live attenuated vaccine", because AFAIK, there isn't even one of those available yet. (Codagenix is working on one).

- AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, The Gamalaya Center, CanSino Biologics = Adenovirus vector
- Sinopharm, Sinovac Biotech = Inactivated virus

My best guess is:
for the purposes of this announcement, China looks at their vaccines as INACTIVATED, and all others as LIVE ATTENUATED, despite that being incorrect?
