Thanks for the DP. It remains uncertain how the new VAN's will work with charges that resemble periodic/recurring billing.
Will it stop recurring charges? Merchants who offer subscriptions, memberships and similar can code transactions in a way that bypasses changes such as replacement card numbers and expiration dates.
