VS is fine, BA is not via LHR. None of this makes any sense.
Indian citizen, US LPR as well. Did DEL-LHR-BOS via BA 2 days before your travel. Transited fine. BA works with VeriFly where we had to upload our RT-PCR test results and vaccine certificate. BA staff at DEL just verified that the VeriFly app had us "Approved".
