Should be pretty much right away (may lag by a day or two). Try the link in the wiki at the top of the main MQM boost thread: Consolidated Delta Platinum/Reserve AMEX MQM boost thread

You can often claim them even before receiving the email. If it says you aren't eligible, try again a day or two later.
