Thanks - my read is that the 2nd number includes the single-dose J&J vaccination. I've revised the wording to "fully vaccinated", which is the term used on the NYC website.
Edited to add:
CONFIRMED - from the NYC website:
Fully vaccinated: Includes adults who have received both doses of a two-dose vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.
And similarly from the NYS website:
People with completed vaccine series represents the total number of individuals who have completed the recommend series of a given COVID-19 vaccine product (e.g., 2 doses of the 2-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine; 1 dose of the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine)
I'd copied & updated my last summary, which was made before the J&J vaccine was approved.
