I spoke to a friend last night who has been very highly placed for years at the DGDDI (Douanes) and is now doing something else at Bercy. I thought he might have some insight/info from PAF colleagues. No luck: he said that his administration is as much in the dark as the rest of us as to any details of the PAF's application of the new exit/entry restrictions. He suggested I call AF for more information with the specifics of my situation ... he is not a big frequent flyer 😉🙄
