I have a June redemption booking using AA miles as part of my trip ex DCA to HKT (and back of course). I received an email this morning saying the HKG-HKT and return segments would be cancelled so I'm waiting to see how this will be handled. Would be great if CX picked up the route but I doubt they will...so I'll see what happens. Hopefully I can still get there on this redemption but at this point I am not optimistic that my second attempt to visit will actually be successful (COVID not withstanding).
