does “wild caught” definitely mean previously frozen?

i use the snapper for my fish taco “base.”

swordfish - I really just want guidance or suggestions. I last consumed swordfish in 2004!!! What are your favorite ways to cook it? I bought a piece, around 11 Oz.

I learn with the best here! I’ll explain that twice Ft has helped me secure a 4-digit cash refund from United. I take ft and all of you ft members extremely seriously. Every post is helpful to read! I greatly appreciate it.
Are you having a party? You have Costco chicken and now cod and swordfish and red snapper? That sounds like a lot of food to consume in the next day or so.
I only grill swordfish. Actually, other than shrimp or scallops I rarely cook any seafood in my house...almost always on the grill. Swordfish is like a steak to me. It is perfect for kabobs or just grilled.
Wild caught refers to the way it was caught not fresh or frozen.
I do think it is possible that the fish you bought were not frozen. Why don't you ask the person who you are buying from? And why do you care?
