my normal fish taco is a thin fish (snapper, sole, Ling cod); I’ll keep in mind that the Costco cod isn’t as great for fish tacos when just sauteed. I’m going to Gus’ tomorrow for the “rare” stuff that Safeway lacks, so I’ll probably get some thin fish for fish tacos. Maybe I’ll try a cooking comparison if I feel the energy :-)
