Pretty much, also it’s 500 points per day rather than 500 per day. Some say they’ll give points in place of Breakfast, but don’t even do that (HR Valencia). It’s such a small amount not even worth complaining about.
Again though if the Club Access Rooms are bookable you should be able to receive a full breakfast if the lounge is closed.
The best outcome would be to allow them to be traded in for points IMHO.
