Yep...sometimes it strikes me as funny (silently, of course, don't need to make it obvious I'm a food nerd) when people say they had a salad full of vegetables and lettuce is truly the only vegetable in it. Tomato, avocado, cucumber, peppers, olives, zucchini, etc. We usually at least try to get some onion into ours .
