I just got notification of cancellation of my flights mentioned upthread. Cancellation email was as follows:

We are not processing refunds to original form of payment at this time. The full value of your flight will be refunded to a WestJet travel bank, which is valid for 24 months from date of issue. If you prefer a refund to original form of payment, we will provide information at a later date.
It is disappointing that they are not rebooking onto another airline to get your to your destination. That basically means If as we reopen if I have any urgent flights that pop up am I not booking WS.
