They do have my email (this is a ticket buy on the app + I have a BahnCard 50 Comfort +).
Did you by any chance submit this before they developed the new refund/voucher feature which started on 2nd April? That could be the reason if so.
I am sure you will get your voucher one way of the other (remember, it's valid for a whole 3 years). If you're not able to pull the booking up, somebody at the call center will be able to, or at a ticket office.
