But. masks or not, we've getting additional scrutiny from customs on both ends recently, so ensuring compliance is more important than usual.
The primary reason for it had nothing to do with masks but they were planning to throw some in that they had.
The whole thing is currently on hold, anyway--I'm not sure what's up on their side but they wanted as much for a 2kg (the biggest they could send) package as was expected for the original 8kg. Huh???
