I'll need to call them tomorrow. Unless anyone has heard that you can make the changes online and then claim the change fees back later?
That's how I read it too but this line implies free cancellation?
Penalties will be waived if cancellations are submitted at least three days before departure.
I guess the voucher has to be spent within a year, but you could book in say, seven months, for a flight 11 months later, right?
