Those two numbers will always change when you change status - presumably you have been Plat for so long that you dont recall the number changing from when/if you were a lower status than Plat.
When have an ALL membership (not Accor Plus), Where you have a "4" for Plat - i believe a 1 denotes Classic, 2 is Silver, 3 is Gold, 4 is Platinum and 5 is Diamond (I think).
when you have an Accor Plus membership, I believe it is 1 is Diamond, 2 Limitless, 4 Silver, 5 Gold, 6 Platinum

The first 6 X's identify your membership type (ALL, Accor Plus, Ibis Business etc).

The 8 X's you marked is your unique membership number. No member will have the same 8 numbers/letters here.

I actually do not know what the final digit represents.
