In a nutshell, what I was told was that if the website can't do it, they can't do it. I was also told that if I had called a few days ago (prior to the switch to Amadeus), they would've been able to book my award without any issues.

Now I'm kicking myself....and hoping that these are just growing pains and that they'll be able to move past these limitations in the near future.
Oh no.

We saved a lot of points and are finally at a stage in our life we can take some trips, and just saw a major downgrade in the mRTW rule (only 2 stops now). Now this. This'll probably be way down the list of the problems they have to resolve.

I have an existing ae booking. I cannot change/select any AC seats, even though the seat map shows available (not only preferred seats, but any available seat). It's just the same message "We weren't able to assign your seats for this flight."
