I have an EK business class flight out of ADL ( EK441 DXB 10.35pm) that will allow me access to ADL's Qantas Club Lounge, open until 9.30pm . For an international flights from Aust you have to process security & emigration (Immigration and customs on inbound).
Do you have a passport that can use smartgate? (quicker than the desks)

Whilst I have not done international travel to/from ADL, would expect 65mintues (22:35 - 21:30) is more than enough. ADL is a small airport. You could ask at the QF club desk. You will not be the only person in the lounge on the flight.
