No, it will not.

The A220 version of the lav in the rear galley is not the same tiny, cramped version that flies on the A320s under the SpaceFlex moniker. It is a full sized lav that just happens to be in the rear section. There may be some logistical challenges around getting to it with the crew back there working, but it won't have the space problems the A320 family sees.
