That may have been me. I chickened out at spending $27k a ticket despite Aeroplan supervisor emailing that they had full authority to promise me reimbursement.

Reticketing often loses segments, despite them showing up on the revised Aeroplan ticketing PDF. The common warning sign usually is the lack of an automated recised itinerary PDF after they recharge taxes. If I have to look up and resend my own itinerary manually, odds are the ticket got messed up.
