[MENTION=843627]RangerNS[/MENTION], not sure I understand your comment about “gaming” the system. I got each tx as soon as I saw space on AE. Plan B was to purchase if the return didn’t open up. However, I am trying to burn points given all the devaluations/enhancements.

I probably should have indicated I was prepared to pay a change fee for return but no space on a flight two days later so agent said nothing could be done.

I will have another attempt with AE but given the feedback above, i’m not hopeful they will change the return.
