People have confirmed extending some NC certs so it has been confirmed. If you want to deny the evidence I guess you are free to do so. When was your DP? So you just ignored the most recent DPs?
You seem very certain about "extending" it without any confirmation from anyone. And you keep advising other to do the same, without any cautions....

#2138 about the DP just 4 days ago. There were more DPs. Pls do not just say those people were unlucky and you have been lucky.
There are a lot of pitfalls taking advice over the internet (mine included). Always exercise cautions....
