3/5/2019 is the yearly category change date. It does not directly impact the OC TP. But it complicates matter even more.

I was talking about reservations not yet attached by NC TPs before 3/5/2019, not OC TPs. The issue is whether NC TPs can be attached to a point reservation at the pre-change category.
