Ahh .... personally, while this is a bit interesting, its not worthy of the L...ker's involvement. In France, if I had asked if the balcony opened, they would simply say "ce n'est pas possible." In Spain, its just these are the rules. The balcony probably did open Just wish we wouldn't pull L..ker's into minor things.
