Indeed. Thank you adampenrith. Can I assume that you fly VA domestically?

VA domestic and anyone but QF internationally, very loyal to Garuda and Singapore Air, even Air Asia X in Premium does better customer service that QF (very sad for me to say that as an Australian, but true)
