Previously holding the same card (churning) is not the only reason that a bonus may be denied. What is the stated reason?
They claimed i've signed up for too many cards "to get the bonus" but couldn't give me any more details. I'll be calling back once a week until the end of time or i get the bonus, whichever comes first.
