yes just looked it up on Volvo’s website and all petrol models t6 and up have awd. I’ve got Volvo’s 3–4 times (XC90 and S90) from sixt LAX and they’ve all been at least T6.
Trim levels have varied, ones I got harman kardon which was awesome! But in general they’re all really nice with electric seats (not all have been ventilated) , leather interior
