I know Air Canada would not be responsible for weather delay and passengers need to find their own accommodation, which is my own concern.
Erm, it's sunny but not warm, we're still under a severe cold alert.
I believe some people have the ability (EF?) to get the actual remarks for the flight which should list more details. But not always, nor do they always make sense.
However, it is an international trip as has been mentioned that so that should help.
