What is the listed reason for the delay? I know there have previously been discussion about how AC treats people in transit for weather (as I have posted, a friend was not comped a hotel) so am hoping AC will do the right thing and provide a hotel here.
Air Canada did not list a reason for delay as far as I could see on their website. My friend in Toronto td me that ot is sunny and warm over there. It was sunny in Tokyo on the day ofdepartureas well. I guess the delay is not weather related.
I know Air Canada would not be responsible for weather delay and passengers need to find their own accommodation, which is my own concern.
