If you still have an option to cancel this booking, I would advise it. Otherwise, your parents will need to do whatever it takes to make that connection - not always easy at SVO.
The tickets have been booked for more than a week, and I really doubt if I can do any amendments. Are SU agents harsh even if the inbound flight is late?
