Called US Reservations to attempt to convert OC6 to NC5 and attach to a hotel - after 10 mins of trying to figure out was told I would need to speak with Rewards - was transferred and on hold for 17 minutes - line went dead.
Called back to the rewards number - explained what I wanted to do and the guy said he needed to check with the rewards specialist and it might take a few minutes - placed on hold for 22 minutes - then they hung up on me.
Seriously fed up with Marriott at this point. Some simple courtesy would go a long way.
Waiting to do this and attach to a SPG property. Waiting...
