They will give a pro-rata annual fee refund? I missed cancellation by a few days so have kept it open since it was already paid. Was told no refunds after 30 days...

Amex washing their hands of it but I can't close my SPG card (thus costing me a pro-rata annual fee refund) until they show up, will try Twitter team.
