First travel (a lot) on UA, you can only earn UA Lifetime miles traveling on UA / UX operated flights in a paid fare class (does not matter which except for Basic Economy) and credit those flights to UA MP.

Be aware since this will take 10-15-20 years or more, what it means to be an MMer at that point may be very different than today (as it was different 10 years ago)
